December 2008ContiTech is a licensed processor of Vulkollan® D15 which is produced by Bayer MaterialScience AG. This hot-cast polyurethane elastomer is used by ContiTech Vibration Control in the manufacture of suspension and mounting elements that are subjected to high dynamic stressing, as well as tires, wheels, and rollers with above average resistance to wear. Vulkollan ® D15 features high impact resilience, low deformation, and high tear strength. The material is a temperature-stable polyurethane that is highly resistant to ultraviolet radiation, ozone, grease and oil.
