SCHWINGMETALL®

ROTAFRIX®

Functionality pays

Fast, practical, universal, flexible
The standard brand product: reliable, safe and cost-efficient
SCHWINGMETALL® Compression/shear mounts
are the preferred choice for cushioning small to moderate masses in all areas of machine, apparatus and engine engineering. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Buffers
are used in combination with cushioning supports mounts to limit vibration amplitudes and to absorb forces generated by belt pull. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Railstrips / Railstrip sections
are particularly well suited to cushioning heavy and extra-heavy machines. |

Extras pay

The right mounting solution for every application case
The brand product with enhanced functionality and added benefits
SCHWINGMETALL® Combi Mounts
enhance the properties of compression/shear mounts or railstrips; they are designed for inclined mounting situations and natural frequencies through to 3.7 Hz and offer excellent lateral stability.
SCHWINGMETALL® Cone Mounts
are assembly mounts for medium-sized loads and are good for practically every application. The high degree of radial stiffness in relation to axial stiffness allows for good lateral stability.Equipped with the apprpriate plates, this mount also has end bumpers and tear off safety. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Rail strips
are particularly well suited to cushioning heavy and extra-heavy machines. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Torsion Bush
The torsion bush allows for joltless transmission of torque. The elasticity of this bush allows for minor mis alignments and angle errors of both ends of the shaft. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Rivet Mount
are very well suited to rapid fastening. In particular they provide any opportunity to save time when large quantities of the same mount need to be installed in quick succession. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Heavy-duty Mounts
are assembly mounts with a wide range of applications. They generally used in such a way that the static load acts in a z-direction. This provides for comfortably vertical synchronization and longitudinal stability as well as transverse softness. Heavy-duty mounts with tear off safety are also available. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Instrument Mounts
This construction is for masses from 5 kg to 220 kg. It offers uniform stiffness in all directions. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Bell Mount
are designed for static tension loads and are thus suited to applications invilving the cushioned mounting of masses (from 2 to 70 kg). |
SCHWINGMETALL® Shear Mounts
This line is especially suited to supporting minor masses (from 2 to 25 kg per mounting point) at low natural frequencies. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Ring Mount
The four-part outer ring of the ring mount is pressed into an undersized orifice. In this way a shaft inserted into the other bush can be elastically mounted. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Torsion Mount
are suitable for elastically affixing the ends of shafts on even surfaces. The mount allows for axial, radial, torsional and cardanic movements, each with their own spring stiffness. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Flange Mount
represent an easily realised and sturdy mounting solution for masses from 20 to 240 kg. Thrust plates are required at the upper and lower ends to reliably protect the mounts from breaking away. These plates are not, however, included in delivery. |
SCHWINGMETALL® S and AS Series Dome Mounts
solve the problem of level-controlled, attachment-free mounting of machines and assemblies. They are specially constructed to provide virtually the same spring values vertically and horizontally.Their level-control system makes it possible to adjust the height of machines and equipment. |

High-tech pays

A solution at the highest technical level
Reliably meeting the highest demands
SCHWINGMETALL® Hydromount V series
This module is suitable from 20 to 350 kg and is espially interesting wherever vibrations are accompanied by annoying impacts and the system´s natural vibrations are to be suppressed quickly. Hydraulic damping does the job here. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Hydraulic cone mount K series
The robust and non-tear-off hydraulic cone mount K series, with high lateral stiffness and the hydraulic damping in the vertical direction, is particularly suitable for the suspension of cabs in construction machinery, and can also be used for the support of large engines. Also available without hydraulic damping with the same connection dimensions. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Air mount HL series
These mounts are especially appropiate for loads from 40 to 550 kg. Very low natural frequencies are attained. High damping forces keep the system from experiencing a vibration build-up in critical frequency ranges. Optional automatic level control keeps the bearing in position even with alternative loads. A supply of compressed air is required for the operation of this mount. |
SCHWINGMETALL® Hydro springs
Hydro springs are suitable for large static loads with a great deal of static deflection. The hydraulic spring can - to a certain extent - be adjusted in such a way as to dampen certain frequencies. This helps prevent vibration build-up in th eoverall system, if these frequencies of this type are present. |

Friction rings and guide pulleys
ROTAFRIX® Friction Rings and Guide Pulleys
Because they are designed in an uncomplicated fashion, ROTAFRIX® Friction Rings and Guide Rollers boast a number of attractive features. They provide powerful transmission capability, long service life and quiet operation. What's more, they make minimal demands on space and require no operational maintenance. They are thus the ideal choice for the kind of heavy-duty rolling contact gears used on hoisting units for mining operations. |
